Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Italy. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. All shipments are fully tracked and insured.

Standard delivery takes 5-10 business days within Europe. Express shipping (2-4 business days) is available at an additional cost. Please allow additional time for rural areas and international destinations.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom, made-to-order, and sale items are non-returnable unless defective. Please contact us before returning any item.
